We offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase as long as you haven't used the service. After that window, purchases are final. To request a refund, open a ticket through our support system — we don't accept requests through any other channel. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take up to 5 business days to appear. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may result in your account being actioned or terminated.
Your account is your responsibility. Keep your credentials secure and don't share them. Anything done under your account is on you.
Use the software lawfully and as intended. If you misuse it or cause problems for others, your access may be revoked immediately.
We may update, change, or remove parts of Candy Client at any time. We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We expect users to act in good faith. Attempting to game, exploit, or abuse the service in any way will result in termination without warning.
Candy Client is provided as-is. We're not responsible for any losses, bans, damages, or consequences that result from using the software — including actions taken against you by third parties. You use it at your own risk.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use Candy Client. You may not share, sell, or distribute your license or access to anyone else. Doing so will get your account terminated and blacklisted, with no refund.
If you initiate a chargeback, your account will be permanently terminated. Bring any payment issues to us directly within the 24-hour refund window before taking it up with your bank.
If your account is banned or restricted, don't make a new one. Any accounts found to be evading restrictions will all be permanently terminated.
